What can I eat immediately after my whitening treatment?
Your teeth are more susceptible to staining for the first few days after your treatment. That’s why it’s important to avoid certain food and drinks, such as coffee, soda, red wine, berries and food with a tomato or soy sauce base.
Is ZOOM teeth whitening painful?
No. Professional whitening isn’t painful, but you can expect some sensitivity either during or after your treatment. This sensitivity should cease after a day or two.
